Pick-up points
The option to ship orders to a collection point instead of directly to the address is now active on www.mem39.com. The collection points and their operation may vary from courier to courier, but are often one of the following types of locations:
- Local post offices.
- Pickup points, which are retail businesses that are part of the courier's pickup network and offer local parcel pickup.
- Specialty Parcel Shop. Some carriers have their own local parcel shops where you can drop off, pick up or return parcels.
- Self-service lockers located near shopping malls, parking lots and metro stations. Lockers are available 24/7 so parcels can be picked up at any time.
During checkout, you will be able to choose a delivery method with Ship to a Pickup Point and then select the Pickup Point where you would like your order to be delivered.
Once your order has been delivered to a collection point, you will receive a text or email notification that your order is ready for collection. Some collection points are open 24/7, so you can collect your parcels whenever you want.
